CLIMBING

Yes, they’re free to use without booking. Just bring your own sports equipment.

Included: fun at the Children’s House and weekend/holiday shows (theatre, circus and clown acts).
Extra cost: the farm, multi-adventure park, and summer canoeing (all bookable at reception).

No bike hire is available. Guests bring their own. We also don’t run guided tours or horse riding, but there are options nearby in the valley.

Yes, there’s Wi-Fi with several antennas, but as we’re in the heart of nature the signal isn’t strong enough for remote working. The best connection is around reception and the restaurant.

Movistar offers the broadest coverage in the area.

Yes, Alsa runs buses from Madrid to Rascafría. The stop at El Tomillar is around a 20-minute walk from us.

 We’re an official AEMET weather station. You can check the forecast directly on their website.

Yes, our bar-restaurant El Fogón de Guille. In winter it opens:
Friday: 17:00PM–23:30PM; Saturday: 08:30AM–23:30PM; Sunday: 08:30AM–18:00PM.

 During the week our bar-restaurant, supermarket and children’s activities are closed. They’re open on weekends only.

As a rule, our facilities are exclusively for our guests: courts, adventure park, farm, restaurant, shop and EV chargers.

Yes. Treehouses with a small bathroom (toilet and washbasin) have an electric heater with a thermostat at the door. Treehouses with a full bathroom and shower have a heat pump and air conditioning.

Yes, both are heated with pellet stoves, switched on from reception. You just adjust the thermostat at your door.

They are set on platforms beside the trees, about 4 metres high. Some built on sloping ground reach up to 7 metres.

Yes, they are designed with children in mind: fenced terraces, safety gates at the bottom and top of the stairs. They are also built to withstand severe weather.

No. Charcoal and gas are not permitted. We’re in a protected forest area of Madrid, with fire risk.
